Frisian Flag Malaysia Chatbot is a WhatsApp chatbot for handling product complaints.
In this project, I developed and maintained a WhatsApp-based customer service chatbot using Kata.ai, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
I created webhooks to connect the chatbot with the backend system and integrated it with Salesforce to handle complaint tracking and facilitate handovers from the bot to live agents.
This solution helped bridge customers directly to the customer service team more efficiently, streamlining the process of handling product complaints and improving communication flow.
